The corpus essentially deals with tumor-related papers and has been conceived by ITMO2 Cancer to gather people working on tumors in France. As the documents are annotated via the MeSH ontology, we rely on this structure in our application. We need to set a groupwise semantic similarity measure to assess the similarity between pairs of documents (represented as groups of concepts). As explained in [12], there are plenty of measures available but many are context-specific.
